- Ideal Protein Potato Puree
- 75 ml water
Mix water with Potato Puree and spread in a preheated pan on medium heat. Flip over once the bottom has set. Fill with your favorite ingredients. For example: Cucumber, peppers, onions and tomato tossed in a bit of olive oil, lemon juice & Mrs. Dash. The bread is mild in taste but thick enough to hold a lot of veggies.
These have become a new favourite for me for lunch (I’ll make the night before)! I frequently spice up the puree with either curry or chili powder for a bit of extra flavour!! Sometimes before putting the wrap filling together, I spread a tablespoon of Skotidakis Jalapeno Yoghurt Dip on the bottom. I find if you slice tomato on it, the juice is softening the wrap a bit by the time you are nearing the end … also, that “matchstick” zucchini strips, mushrooms, sprouts and greens are my favourite ingredients.
where do you get the skotidakis jalapeno yogurt dip? I looked at superstore and couldn’t find it?
Hi debbie … you can find Skotidakis at Costco … that’s the only place I’ve ever seen it.
